First youll need a platform to draw and edit an SVG file
-use draw.io
open this file
This is a rectangle which is the perfect size to draw an svg in for the KPI
Click on this square and remove the line and the fill.
-Its easer to draw when this square is not on the page so best if you open it twice and delete one rectangle and use that to draw and then place the other rectangle surrounding your diagram before you export it as an SVG
Once exported open it up using a text editor and add the code viewbox"0 0 1039 523"
-first line after the hight description box
This allows the SVG to adapt its size to the size of the window
By using these template it allows all your SVGs to centered and all be the same size making it easy to chop and change between differnt images if thats what is asked for.
To upload a SVG to your KPI

Click on the three dots and select attachments
