Page Location with in the page tree of the space you are currently on
The Key lock icon - Restrictions:
- No restrictions: (everyone can view and edit)
- editing restricted: (everyone can view, only some can edit)
- Viewing and editing restricted: (only some can view or edit)
More useful things you can do from the Page Bar:
Paper Clip
If your page has any attachments a paper click will appear next to the lock to show that attachments are present on this page
Edit
- To edit the page your currently on click the edit button
Save for Later
- Save the page your viewing to view later just click the star save for later
Share
- To share the page you are on just click the share icon which provides a link
The Three Dots (…)
- Add/remove attachments
- View the page History (versions/Published dates/Edited by) and can restore back to a previous version
- Restrictions is the same as the padlock
- View information about your page: Recent changes, Incoming and outgoing links, Hierarchy, Labels
- View the page tree using “view in hierarchy”
- View the Editing source
- Import a word document
- This is wear you can copy, move and delete the current page you are on
