Chart Axis: Setting axis to 0 does not save (EID-1142)

**** When setting the chart axis to MIN = 0 and MAX = 2000 the config saves but it still shows auto on the chart axis settings.

*** When setting the Chart to MIN = 0 and MAX = auto this does not seem to do anything.

Feature Req: Adding AVG tag from menu to use same axis created from (EID-1143)

the blue chart is currently set to axis RIGHT_0

Right clicking and adding "Add trend AVG" to then adds this new trend to the axis LEFT_0

*** It should add the AVG trend to the same axis that it came from, so in this case RIGHT_0

Chart Statistics: Update to use Historian Multi API (EID-1151)

Currently trend statistics use JSONBRIDGE, we want to update this to use historian multi
