| If your setting an alert on a value that jumps up and down quite a lot you need to take this into account. If the threshold is say 3 and a recovery threshold of 2 and you value is going from 3 then 2 rapidly its going to send a lot of alerts as the alarm is bing triggered then reset and triggered again. Make sure the gap between your threshold and recovery threshold is large enough that you don't get multiple alerts for the same problem |
